All full priced items are eligible for an exchange, refund or online store credit.
All returns must be authorised by NLJeans prior to being returned. Please contact us email@example.com to gain a RA (return authorisation) number and download your Returns Form here to be included in your return.
If your purchase is not quite right we offer a full refund or exchange on full priced items within 10 business days from receipt of your order.
We will happily offer an exchange, e-Boutique credit or refund provided the item(s) is;
- In it's original condition
- All tags are intact and attached
- Are not purchased inclusive of sale events such as site-wide promotions or have been marked down for final sale
- The item/s have not been worn or washed, altered, soiled or tampered with in any way
- Returned to NLJeans within 30 days of receipt
- Item(s) that are worn, altered, washed, soiled or tampered with in anyway will void exchange policy
- Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
International orders may be returned for a refund, e-Boutique credit, or exchange. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items are eligible for a credit note or exchange only.
- An exchange is only accepted once, against the original order and will not be eligible for a further exchange or refund.
- All items marked as 'FINAL SALE' cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is deemed faulty by NLjeans
- By purchasing a final sale you agree that the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Only items purchased via newlondonjeans.com.au can be returned. We cannot accept items from any other store. You will need to contact the vendor directly.
- e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or paid by NLJeans. We recommend keeping your return tracking number as NLJeans cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days and will be credited to the account you purchased your item/s with.
Please note customs duties and foreign taxes will not be refunded by NLJeans. Please contact your local customs office for further assistance or to claim a refund. In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to NLJeans.
All exchanges will be sent out via FREE Express Post.
